The following
provides only a brief description of coverage. The information contained
herein is deemed reliable but is not guaranteed. Upon purchase of the
warranty you will be mailed a contract which includes the full and
complete terms and conditions of the plan.
THERE
IS NO PAYMENT DUE NOW, and, if your home does not go to
closing and/or if you do not make a claim, there will be NO PAYMENT AT
ALL. You will be able to choose this warranty option when
you list your home on our website.

payment due now, and, if your home does not go
to closing and/or if you do not make a claim, there will be no
payment at all.

At closing it
converts to the buyer and covers them for 1 full year. The plan is
then renewable by the buyer for subsequent years.

How the
Warranty Works

There is a
$100.00 deductible for each occurrence.

You call an
800 number 24/7 when having a problem and they send a repairman.

There is no
home inspection prior to issuing the warranty.

If your
listing expires or is withdrawn with no claim or closing occurring,
the warranty expires with no payment required.

Coverage
usually begins the day you are listed in the MLS system.

Your MLS
listing will state that a 1 year warranty conveys to the purchaser
at closing.
Peace Of
Mind Coverage - This Warranty Covers:
1. Air
Conditioning. Covered: Central air conditioning systems, wall air
conditioning units, evaporator cooler units, condensers, compressors,
thermostats; condenser fan motors, air handler; blower fan motors;
interior Freon gas lines; and accessible ductwork.
2. Central Heating. Covered: Hot water heating system; warm air
heating systems; accessible ductwork; (including heat pumps which cool
or heat the home).
3. Ductwork (Buyer
Covered).
3. Plumbing. Covered: Water, gas and vent lines within the
perimeter of the main foundation; drain, waste and vent lines within
the perimeter of the main foundation; faucets, shower, or tub valves,
hot water heater, toilet tanks, bowls, lids and toilet mechanisms
within the toilet tanks.
4. Electrical. Covered: General wiring, components and parts
within the perimeter of the main foundation; fuse box; circuit breaker
panels; receptacles; doorbells and chimes; garbage disposals, and
ceiling fans.
5. Appliances. Covered: Ceiling fan, Oven/Stove/Cooktop/Range,
Garbage Disposal, Built-in Dishwasher; Built-in Trash Compactor; Built-in
Microwave, Range Exhaust Hood, Water Heater.
Basic Coverage: Pre-owned. single-family homes, including
townhomes and condominiums: $405.00. Deductible/service fee:
$100.00 or actual cost, whichever is less per claim, per occurrence.
Effective date of coverage: For seller, the day you are listed
in the MLS system.. For buyer, transfers at closing.
